Decree 13 covers Vietnam's regulation on personal data protection. VNGGames SDK enforces the required account-protection status server-side, so compliance stays correct and up to date without a client release every time the rule changes.

Because the protection logic lives on the backend, your game does not need to implement or maintain any Decree 13-specific flows. The SDK simply reflects the account's protected status wherever it already handles authentication.
